A.1 Freshmen

                 a.  A copy of the latest Form 138 (Report Card)

                 b.  Letter or Recommendation or Certification of                         Good Moral Character from theCounselor.

                 

 

A.2  Old Students

                 a.  Submission of Form 138 (Report Card)

                 b.  Must undergo Physical Inspection and will                             sign a waiver containing the rules to be

                      followed.

                 c.  Students having  a problem in relation with                           Scholastic grades and with Records of 

                      Major offense pertaining to discipline of any                           sort must secure an interview with the

                     Counselor/School Prefect of Discipline.

 

 

A.3  Transferees

                 a.  A copy of the latest Form 138 (Report Card)

                 b.  Letter of Recommendation or Certification of                       Good Moral Character from the Counselor.
